When I went to the university, I realized that study at university is different from at high school much. Also studying to get knowledge as high school but at university you usually have to work in groups, small or big ones, which is very necessary for you at the moment and in the future.

As we know working in group is one of the soft skills which is important for us, and one of the good things which teamwork brings to is problem solving. When we work in group, the problem can be solved more easily because there more and more people are, there more and more ideas are also. Sometimes, a problem difficult for this person but easy for others so we can learn many things when we discuss to find out the solution together and vice versa.
Working in group also makes us more active because to solve a problem is there are different ideas is not avoidable and active here we tell about our ideas and protect them if we think they are right. Active here is also in getting information to know more about the problem. Active is when we find out how simply and easily our friends solve the problems, you are persuaded by the reasonable and strong arguments, you admit and acquire them not insist on keeping our ideas though we know they are not suitable. Knowing how to listen to other ones is also a skill which when working in group you will have. However, not that any teamwork is successful. There are some people said that when they worked in group they did not focus on their problem, just talk about things outside the lesson. And that wasted a lot of time. Working in group demands the self-aware and the concentration of every member in group, so when we satisfy these things we certainly have an effective teamwork.

Working in group is not difficult if you know the way to do. Nobody can deny that teamwork will make the problem be solved faster and more simply, help us be more active so most companies acquire this skill because it is really important. Let’s begin to master it and you will succeed in your life.

Childhood memory


When I was about 7 or 8, , when I saw the flamboyant bloomed red and the blazing sunshine, I knew that the summer was coming very very near. And it would be temporary time to say goodbye with my friends and my books. It was sad, but for me it didn’t last long because every each summer came, I also came to my grandparents’ house and spent almost my summer there. In my heart, each summer holiday was an unforgettable memory.

I always started the beginning of my day by eating a simple delicious meal prepared by my grandma. I often stayed at home with my grandma and 2 younger sister and brother. Because my grandma was always busy with her business, taking care of the cattle, fed the fish, watered the trees, did in the garden, or did something like this. Therefore, we seemed to be free, enjoyed ourselves to the full, we went out and played with the fun neighbors. We played every thing we could think, and played until noon. If nobody called, maybe we didn’t also come back. After lunch,we had to go to sleep, which to adults is good thing for us, in the mind of the seven-year-old child, sleeping at noon really wasted of time, why didn’t we spare this time to do something more useful, such as swimming in the river in hot weather like this, it was so suitable, or build a house by the branches of coconut-palm, which we often called that sentry-box, we took from the pillows, blankets to the cook, pans. And the result was we went out without permission and played until my aunt called us for the meal. And not a few, we had to listen the same lesson from the old so that we still did it again. Now thinking again, I feel funny, if I were my grandma maybe I showed me the door since when. But no way, maybe I knew that my grandparents love me so much so I just did what I wanted to do. In the evening, we insisted in sleeping in that sentry-box despite the advice of my grandma. At last, we slept in it. However, we laid our back just a little time because of its narrowness, and mosquitoes. We quickly went into our dreams on the bed which my grandma made before. When the sun went to bed for a pretty long period, it was also time we spread the sleeping mat on the field which was harvested and burnt to look at the sky fulled of stars. Watching until feeling bored, we chased together around the field until feeling so tired and went straight the sleep. Sometimes, we helped my grandma with feeding fish or duck, watering the orchard cleaning the house, because at that time I was not a good daughter, even a naughty girl, so moments like this she was very surprised and prayed me a lot. However, it was not a long time, the day after I made something wrong again.

Three months went quickly, it was just as the first day I came. And it was time I had to say goodbye with my relatives.it was different from saying goodbye with my friends because I knew that it would take a long time to meet them again.but it was always a memory I can’t forget and I am always eager to wait for every each summer comes until now.
